When will I receive my refund?

We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful. We strive to process all approved returns as quickly as possible.

Our Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. After the return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your original method of payment within 2 to 3 days. You will receive an email notification from us once the refund has been processed on our end.

Bank & Payment Gateway Timelines

The exact time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends entirely on your payment method and financial institution:

  • PayPal: Refunds issued to a PayPal account are typically the fastest. It may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your PayPal account.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: Refunds issued to credit or debit cards generally take between 7 to 14 business days to appear on your statement. This delay is determined by your credit card company and the intermediaries involved in the transaction.

If you have not received your refund after the timeframes listed above have passed, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If they have no record of the incoming refund, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
