Eligibility for Refunds
- Timeframe: Refunds are available for most products purchased directly from HICC PET within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the adherence to our return criteria. Please note that some items, including those that have been opened or used, may not qualify for refunds due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or other specific restrictions.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt, order confirmation email, or transaction record) is strictly required for all refunds and exchanges.
Gift Purchases & Third-Party Retailers
- Gifts: If the item was given as a gift, the original purchaser must contact us directly to initiate the process using their valid proof of purchase. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for gift items without confirmation from the original purchaser.
- Authorized Distributors: If you purchased our products from an authorized distributor, please reach out to them directly for refunds or exchanges.
- Unauthorized Sources: Products obtained from unauthorized sources have not passed our quality control standards and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the incorrect item, or the product is defective), HICC PET will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
HICC PET reserves the right to refuse compensation if a customer returns a package without prior authorization from our support team, sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package.
