Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45 USD.
- For orders under $45 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Note: You may incur extra shipping costs if your address is located in a remote area, which will be charged at standard market rates.
Delivery Timelines
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it is shipped out.
- Standard Shipping: 3-12 business days.

Shipping Coverage & Carriers
We currently only ship within the United States. Please note that at this moment, we do not offer delivery services to remote areas of Hawaii and Alaska.
All HICC PET products are securely shipped using reliable carriers, primarily USPS or UPS.
Important Shipping Notes
- Multiple Items: If you order multiple items on the same day, we try our best to ensure they are all delivered at the same time. However, items purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.
- Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information or delivery addresses once the product is already en route. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- Unexpected Postage Fees: If USPS requests additional postage when you sign for a package, please verify the package is in good condition, pay the required postage as per USPS guidelines, and email us the payment receipt. Once we verify the payment, we will reimburse you for the additional fee.
