How do I update my shipping address or payment method for my subscription?

Updating your shipping address

If you are moving or need your subscription sent to a different location:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" portal.
  2. Go to the "Shipping Addresses" tab.
  3. Click on your current address to edit the details, or add a completely new address.
  4. Make sure to save your changes. Your next recurring order will automatically be routed to the updated address.

Updating your payment method

To ensure your routine care products arrive without interruption, please keep your payment details up to date:

  1. In your subscription portal, click on the "Payment Methods" tab.
  2. Select your current card to update the expiration date or billing address, or click "Add New Payment Method" to enter a different card.
  3. Once the new card is added, ensure it is linked to your active subscription.

(Note: Updating your default address or payment method in your regular Shopify account settings may not automatically update your active subscriptions. Please always make these changes inside the "Manage Subscriptions" portal.)
