How to access your customer portal

To manage your subscriptions, you need to log into your customer account on our website. Once logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link. This will open your dedicated portal where you can see all your active and past subscriptions.

How to skip a delivery or change frequency

If you have too much product or will be away from home, you don't need to cancel!

  1. In your subscription portal, locate the active subscription you want to adjust.
  2. Click "Edit" or "Manage".
  3. Choose "Skip next delivery" to simply bypass the upcoming order, or select "Change frequency" to receive your products less or more often.

How to cancel your subscription

We hate to see you go, but canceling is hassle-free.

  1. Log into your subscription portal.
  2. Select the active subscription you wish to terminate.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription".
  4. Please follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

(Pro Tip: If you just need a short break, consider using the "Skip" feature instead so you can keep your locked-in discount rate!)
