Shipping Policy & Delivery Times
At HICC PET, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping rates, delivery times, and coverage areas. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45 USD.
For orders under $45 USD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Note: You may incur extra shipping costs if your address is located in a remote area, which will be charged at standard market rates.
Delivery Timelines
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it is shipped out.
Standard Shipping: 3-12 business days.
*Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors affecting carrier operations. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
We currently only ship within the United States. Please note that at this moment, we do not offer delivery services to remote areas of Hawaii and Alaska.
All HICC PET products are securely shipped using reliable carriers, primarily USPS or UPS. Important Shipping Notes
Multiple Items: If you order multiple items on the same day, we try our best to ensure they are all delivered at the same time. However, items purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.
Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information or delivery addresses once the product is already en route. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Unexpected Postage Fees: If USPS requests additional postage when you sign for a package, please verify the package is in good condition, pay the required postage as per USPS guidelines, and email us the payment receipt. Once we verify the payment, we will reimburse you for the additional fee.

How do I update my shipping address or payment method for my subscription?
Updating your shipping address
If you are moving or need your subscription sent to a different location:
Log into your account and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" portal. Go to the "Shipping Addresses" tab. Click on your current address to edit the details, or add a completely new address. Make sure to save your changes. Your next recurring order will automatically be routed to the updated address.
Updating your payment method
To ensure your routine care products arrive without interruption, please keep your payment details up to date:
In your subscription portal, click on the "Payment Methods" tab. Select your current card to update the expiration date or billing address, or click "Add New Payment Method" to enter a different card. Once the new card is added, ensure it is linked to your active subscription.
(Note: Updating your default address or payment method in your regular Shopify account settings may not automatically update your active subscriptions. Please always make these changes inside the "Manage Subscriptions" portal.)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, keeping an eye on your package is easy. Follow the steps below to track your delivery. Step 1: Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
As soon as your order leaves our facility (usually within 1-3 business days), HICC PET will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains your unique tracking number. Start by clicking the tracking link in that email for the latest updates. Step 2: Carrier Tracking
You can also reach out directly to or visit the website of the shipping carrier handling your delivery (typically USPS or UPS). Provide them with your tracking number to inquire about the real-time status of your package. They can often provide the most accurate delivery windows or initiate an investigation if needed. Step 3: Contact Customer Support
If the tracking information indicates an unusual delay, if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if you haven't received your shipping confirmation email after a reasonable time, please reach out to our customer support team.
Contact Support
Please provide your Order ID when contacting us so our team can investigate the issue promptly.

After Your Order Has Shipped
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS) and is en route, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it, modify the items, or change the delivery address. What are my options if it already shipped?
If you need to return it: Once the package arrives, you can initiate a standard return within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain unopened and unused. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.
If the address is wrong: If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided at checkout, we are unable to retrieve it or issue a refund. If the package is returned to sender (RTS) by the carrier due to an invalid address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
It can be incredibly frustrating to see a "Delivered" status on your tracking link when you haven't actually received your package. Don't worry—in most cases, the package turns up within a few days. Here are the steps you should take. Step 1: Wait 48 Hours
Sometimes, carriers (especially USPS) may accidentally scan a package as "Delivered" while it is still in transit or out for delivery. It is very common for the package to show up in your mailbox or on your porch within the next 24 to 48 hours. Step 2: Check Your Surroundings & Ask Neighbors
Carriers will sometimes leave packages in hidden, secure locations to avoid theft. Please check:
Side doors, back porches, or behind planters/furniture. Inside your garage or with an apartment concierge/leasing office. With your neighbors—it's possible the driver left it next door by mistake.
Step 3: Verify Your Shipping Address
Check your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address you provided at checkout was 100% correct, including any apartment or suite numbers. Step 4: Contact the Carrier
If 48 hours have passed and you still haven't found your package, we recommend contacting the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly with your tracking number. They have GPS coordinates for where the package was scanned and can often reach out to the specific delivery driver for more information. Step 5: Reach Out to Us
If you have completed the steps above and your package is still missing, please contact our support team. While HICC PET cannot be held directly responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered to the correct address, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.
