Got questions?
-
Yes, both the ear wipes and the rinse are suitable for cats and dogs.
-
Yes, both products are formulated with gentle, pet-safe ingredients. All the ingredients are natural, non-toxic, and veterinarian-recommended. There are no alcohols, chemicals, or additives present. However, if your pet has a known sensitivity or medical condition, consult your vet before use.
-
For the ear wipes, slide a wipe onto your finger and gently clean the areas that need attention. Wipe in a clockwise motion, starting from the inside and moving outward. For the ear rinse, carefully apply 2-3 drops into the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear for 30 seconds, then use a cotton swab to remove any excess solution from the outer ear. You can adjust the usage of the set based on your pet's needs. However, it’s recommended to use the ear rinse first for deep cleaning of the inner ear canal, followed by the ear wipes for additional cleaning and nourishment.
-
For routine care, use the ear wipes and ear rinse 2-3 times per week to clean and moisturize your pet's ears.
-
Store both the ear wipes and the rinse in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is tightly closed after each use to maintain freshness.
