WHAT IS HOCI?
HOCl, also known as Hypochlorous Acid, is a natural chemical produced by mammalian white blood cells. The acid develops from a natural immune-system process called phagocytosis. It contributes to bacterial defense against infection and foreign illnesses while enhancing healing. When produced outside of the body, HOCl offers these same benefits.
DOES HOCII DO HARM TO OUR PETS/ CHRILDREN?
HOCl is 100% safe for both pets and children. It is a FDA-approved fluid which is non-toxic and safe, ideal for fighting against infection and soothe skin injuries.
IS HOCI CHLLORINE/ BLEACH?
No — while HOCl, chlorine, and bleach all live on the same spectrum, they are differ in molecular structure and reaction. They are not the same compounds. HOCl is more than 100x stronger than bleach yet safe enough for skin contact. Unlike chlorine or bleach, HOCl is wholly natural and produced inside the white blood cells of all humans and animals as the active component of their internal healing and disinfection.

WHAT IS COCONUT OIL?
Coconut oil (coconut butter) is an edible oil extracted from the coconut. Coconut oil is a solid white fat, and melts into a clear thin liquid oil at warmer room temperatures of around 25 °C (78 °F). It has the properties of moisture retention, decontamination, skin conditioning and anti-allergy for the skin. Unrefined varieties have a distinct coconut aroma.

Please do not heat the gloves directly before use. The HOCl solution will lose its effectiveness at high temperatures. To ensure the gloves are working at the highest efficiency, use them as instructed or warm up the pack in warm water that does not exceed 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

WHAT'S HICC PET RETURN POLICY?
Products purchased at the HICC PET Store can be returned without anyreason within 7 days upon receipt of the product. The product and its box has to be in unopened-factory condition and HICC PET will only refund the full price of the product, not including the shipping fee.
